I have ample balance say around rs. 100/ three days back i. E. 20/11/2017. I want to know what happened to the balance. Today i am unable to make calls. Pl furnish me the statement for last one month from 20/10/17 to 23/11/17. As i am using this no. Very rarely, i wonder how the balance exhausted. I have never faced this type of problem ever since i have chosen vodafone in mnp. I think there must be some mistake from your side.in such case, please refund me my balance. Thanks.
