Vodafone India — My number using someone else

I was Not using My Vodafone Number for past 7 months. But now Same Number using by someone else. And still My wats app is activated in dat number and another Person using it. Please deactivate My Number. When i m Feeling to Customer Care dey are Telling dat number is not in my Name.even if i want to deactivate dat Number i Cant able to do. Customer Care Telling dey Cant help me as Dis is Not in My Name and Prof.
