Vodafone India — mydala pack. | |
My Vodafone Mob. [protected]. I have recharged with Rs. 160/- on 30 Jun, 15 arround 08:25 p.m and got 160/ full talk time. Today when I have checked my Bal. I find that Rs. 49/- two times that is Rs. 98/- has been deducted from my main A/C bal. When I check the message inbox then see a message from Vodafone care that free deals pack is MYDALA568510 has been activated but in message no where it is written that Rs. 98/- has been deducted for this. As I am totally unaware about this service, I do not understand how this type of service is activated without any concurrence of me. I have spoken to Customer service but they told that the service can not be withdrawn. It is totally fraud by Vodafone. So I want My Bal. of Rs. 98/- to be refunded to my account.
