Vodafone India — network and data issue at my home | |||
Hi team, I m using vodafone postpaid (Delhi Circle) number since last 3years and now i had ported my number to maharastra circle due to reason i had shifted to pune. I had placed a request over the phone about data and network issue in my area (Sr Req No[protected]. I had received a email from Vodafone and confirming details with he will resolve my issue by 09-Aug-2017. But fact of the day, i had not received any call and solution for my problem. As per TRAI guideline, i will not port my number before 90 days of completion. If vodofone dont have capability to give a service, so he will give permission for porting before 90days. As per ground reality, Vodafone only giving services into ads not on ground. Trust, If i will not get my Resolution, i will raise my complaint to TRAI and other legal forum bcoz this whole episode giving to me only mental harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
