Vodafone India — network issue and calls drop

I am an vodafone customer for many years. The network has deteriorated because of which there are call drops, voice breaks/unclear and not able to use internet properly. I had raised these issues with vodafone customer care, nodal officer end number of times since last year but issues was not resolved. I too didn't follow on the matter however as the issue deteriorated more. After lot of network issue compliant still i’m facing the same issues with your call connectivity and internet. Call getting dropped while talking on phone.

Most of the time my phone no is not reachable because of network issue.

I have decided to move to different network and already raised the port out request.

Why should i pay the bills if i am no able to use the services.
