I have raised a complaint regarding network issue for my number [protected] on 10.08.2016 complaint no[protected] and I was given the date 18.08.2016 for closing the complain even after 8 days have passed and despite hundred's of call to your customer care executives they respond that complaint has been escalated to higher level. If you are not able to resolve it please let me know I will change my service provider. Being a corporate customer for 9 years this is what I get as an reward for being with you guys .
