I had taken my mobile 20days back and from the day first mobile internet was not working. This time they have asked me 7 days of time to resolve the issue. but they closed my complaint without informing or checking whether the internet is working fine or not. They had given the statement that they could not reach me, And i did not recive the any call from their end. i waited for 15 days finally i called them then i got the info that they closed my complaint. Again i reopened by mailing them then the problem got resolved for 2 days. now again the same issue for 24th again they are saying it will take 5 (28thfeb tat )days to resolve. i have got only 2 days of internet for whole month. now the bill is generated for and they are asking me to pay. Today is 28th feb i called to customer care they are agian saying that the they have closed the complaint with out informing.Even now the problem is not resolved once again they are asking me to wait. Worst technical support. customer care ex says that will provide 299 plan for only calling as i have taken for both calling and for internet purpose. now i cant change my plan. i want both internet and the calling. If they cant give the service please dont take any money and please port to idea as i was using idea prior.
