It has been brought to the attention of corporate department via email as suggested by the customer service team. I was told on multiple occasions that the network team is looking into my issue and i would have a
Network engineer visiting my area. I had requested the time i want to be contacted. However, vodafone kept on calling me when i am at work leading to no resolution. I had told them via email i won't pay for the services as never got the service as they have committed to me. I am mentally frustrated with their careless approach and to add to my misery they have suspended my number yesterday. I spoke to their customer service now at this hour of the night as was at work and the guy at the customer care was not paying any attention to what i expect and repeatedly said i need to pay my bill. When asked for escalation said his manager is not at work. This itself talks about their commitment towards professionalism. Please help!! Was this information helpful? |
