Vodafone India — Network issue since 6 Months

I have complained many time every time i get same reply our team is working on issue at last on 4 nov i get reply that vodafone cant able to rectify

other service providers are able to provide service in same location then why vodafone cant please explain

We would like to inform you that on the basis of your feedback about weak coverage at your location, we have checked and identified that due to unavoidable circumstances network coverage in your area is not adequate to meet your requirements.
We would like to inform you that, our network engineers have thoroughly investigated your complaint and have tried to find the possible solution under the circumstances. Maximizing and optimizing the network for an error free service is an on-going activity of Vodafone.
While we strive to ensure good coverage, there may be factors beyond our control that may temporarily affect the network coverage in your vicinity like:
•No nearby site
•Building Clutter
•Physical obstructions
We would like to confirm you that we require a new cell site in your area to help resolve the current network inconsistency that you are facing. Our network team has visited your location and has found no building available for putting up the required cell site and we would not be able to give any timeline for resolution of the concern.

We request you to kindly assist us with required details of any building authority or secretary name and number so that our engineers can contact them and do a survey at your area.
