This is to inform you about my poor experience when I joined Vodafone family. I was having Airtel prepaid number ([protected]) but due to poor network of Airtel I decided to port my sim to the Vodafone prepaid number. Your customer executive calles me up and informed me about the prepaid plan of 399 which is valid for 3 months and told me that the sim will port to Vodafone pre-paid. But there are following issues which I am facing since the past few days:
1. It has been told that my sim will be ported to a prepaid no. But they deliberately ported to postpaid no. Without my consent.
2. I am facing network issues. I am unable to call any no. and my is getting not reachable. Many a times its showing emergency calls only
3. I am unable to use internet.
4. Poor response from your customer care executive and members.
5. Although customer care executive also commits to register my complaint but they have not registered as well. Was this information helpful? |
