Vodafone India — no call & data pack service

Dear sir,
With due respect this is for your kind notice that i have taken vodafone sim offer unlimted call & 1 gb data pack daily for rs.345/- but i have get some days of your offer, now you have stop my call & internet service of mob no.[protected], several time i have complaint of the matter but i have not get any proper response from end & i also comlaint to your siliguri sevoke road vodafone store byut they have not able to gave me any support at this matter.
Please do the needful & oblige
