Vodafone India — no internet service since 6 days | |||
I took new service from you broadband - a part of vodafone co. I have complained several times. But, to no avail. Till today, they keep on either disconnecting my calls or give me a run around. They are giving me all sort of excuses. At the time of signing me up for new service, they gave me all kind of promises. Every time, i call, they ask me the same question - why are you calling? Trying to waste my time. When you ask them, why am i getting disconnected all the time, the answer i am given is - sir, i am trying to connect you to the relevant dept. If they keep on disconnecting, what can i do? These are the kind of excuses/ answers i am getting. Was this information helpful? | |||

An unknow nuber has called me but after receiving the phone i said it got to wrong person and cut the call. But after that Phone no [protected] is calling continiously and talking very vulgar. Please take a legal action against this.
