Vodafone India — no network

I m new vodafone customer. I purchased new phone number from store. They activate my number, i get activation message but my phone call not activated and for 1 hour my net get activated but afterwards no signal in phone. No internet no phn calls no msg. Pls help me as much as possible pls start my sim.,... My new vodafone no is[protected] pls help...
