No Network Coverage on any third party network in Nigeria on my number, Else network available on another Vodafone no. of my colleague. Before going I Confirmed about the network coverage to an executive he told me that you get the coverage there, but since last 15 days there is No signal in my sim. I complaint so many times regarding that, They give different types of options to do and lastly after 12 days they told that there is no coverage of Vodafone in Nigeria. If there is no coverage of Vodafone in Nigeria then how my colleague phone is working and why the customer care executive told me that I get full network there. Due to this, I loss my important calls and Messages as its my important and old number and it is also registered with so many facility providing services. I am coming here for Last 2 years, I need my no working here. Was this information helpful? | |||

My complaint is still not resolved. After Register a complaint a didn't get a single mail or call from them. Kindly resolve it asap. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
