Vodafone India — No Refund of Security Deposit/Excess Pay | |||||
I am sharing herewith Vodafone India's Pathetic Customer Service! How they have retained a Loyal Customer;s Money Since Almost One Year! Vodafone India has Retained My Security Deposit & Excess Payment Amount Since 1 Year from The Day I ported Out to Another Network in 30th July 2014. I have game them several reminders firstly over phones calls & then Emails but nothing has helped in shaking their morality much. After failing to wake up their Customer Service Team, I brought This Into The knowledge of their Nodal Team just to see no response from them as well. Then I took the matter to the Elite Vodafone India Appellate Team but they have been turning deaf ears to my complaint since many months! My painful story stands as the brightest example of their so called immaculate "CUSTOMER SERVICE" which could probably prove to be a Case Study for others to improvise on customer service domain. This is really disappointing to state that after waiting for one long year & after making 50 calls and writing exactly 30 e-mails what I have received from Vodafone is only my "Excess Payment Cheque" on 3rd Sep '15 !!! This is the brightest example of how Vodafone mis-treat their honest & loyal customers & make fool of them. Even your brand logo "The Little Pug" appears to be more loyal in all your marketing communications!!! Now, could Vodafone India or anyone from the elite VODAFONE APPELLATE TEAM please explain to me about how many more months shall I wait or how many more mails or calls I need to escalate to awake their morality so that you can send me my "Security Deposit Cheque" ??? Don't they really think that my patience is being tested now??? I think I should also seek an interest on this amount lying with them since last one year. After they have been much ignorant I have decided to take theis matter up with various Consumer Forums and other Social Media platforms to teach them a good lesson!!! Finally, I have asked them over mail to retain the mere amount with them as a donation from my side & have also decided to write a humble letter explaining this pain story to Mr. Sunil Sood, the MD& CEO of Vodafone India Ltd. This is not about a mere amount, it's about ethics and morality which Vodafone India as an Organization should inculcate in it's culture!!!
