[Resolved] Vodafone India — non compliance to contract by vodafone | |
I recharged my vodafone prepaid number [protected] with plan 458 on 16 nov 2017. The plan offers free call to all network and 1 gb data per day for 70 days. While the free calls have been effected the data plan is not received. On contact with the customer care the apn setting was revised. It did not help. There after on contacting customer care again he confirmed that the sim was being reconfigured. I was to remove sim and then switch on after 24 hours. This was done today but did not help. I am continuously getting data alert. This means that while data is available the same is not made available on my number. Though since 16 nov i am receiving sms of 1024 mb data renewed daily but 0 mb usage. Customer care of vodafone is not accessible. Please configure data on my number at the earliest. Nov 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Vodafone has resolved the problem and kind enough to compensate unutilised portion of the amount recharged. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
