Dear sir,
I, ex-customer of vodafone mobile service ltd, i had already complained you before about my mobile no.. After that one of your office staff mr. Sanath ji. Had contact me and i had told him each every things..
First let you know my issue
1) i had requested to change my plan from red499 into 300 plan/- in july month in vodafone stores,
But my plan not changed and i got bill with rental of 499.
2) then again i reached there told to mr. Panckaj and he had again requested and also called customer care spoke about that, i also spoke him and complained same. He suggested new plan and i requested the same plan to activate. (Again my plan was not changed).
3) i got bill rs - 1800 something, and i also paid rs - 1500/-. Since that period of time my no. Has been suspended...
My issue is not about money, the issue is bad services which i had from vodafone.
And mr. Sanath ji has told me to pay rs-976/- after listen my issue for restart my no.
I paid rs-1000/-, but the result is no reply and no service... Ok.
My father no.. Has been suspended bocoz of bill amount rs-412.18/- and paid 412/- only...18 paisa was not paid... And mr. Sanath ji asked me to paid more rs-120/- and i paid rs-200/-... Now, outgoing still closed.
The conclusion is no service,,, vodafone 18 paise is about to means.
And customer rs-80 extra is no means.
