I have a vodaphone haryana postpaid connection. For change my plan i visited their vodaphone store, call their respective employees but all in vain. Now from last 8 days i contact their customer care executives sevral times about changing my post paid plan.
I call them on 29 august, 31 august, 02 september, 3 september, 4 september, 5 september but they are misguiding me, giving wrong information. Their unprofessional act wasting my time and money. I have this postpaid no. From last 5 years and i regularly paid all the bills but now i want to change my service provider. Was this information helpful? |
