[Resolved] Vodafone India — Not get required amount of 3G data | |||
After getting an offer of internet I recharged my phone. According to offer I should got 1.63 GB data at a recharge of 251 but I got approx 630 MB. Before recharge I confirmed the offer from customer care executive regarding offer they also said that this offer is valid on your number. I registered complain Regarding this. In the resolution they said that no such offer was available on your number. What can I do now. I have proof of this. I have snapshot of the offer and recording of the confirmation from customer care executive. My mobile no is [protected] and email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com Please solve the problem. I got only message that your complain has been addressed. After getting messege I called to 198 and asked about my complain number. Customer care executive said that as per information provided by their backend team "No such offer was available on your number. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
