[Resolved] Vodafone India — Not happy to help | |||
I visited your vodafone store at Saltlake Sector 1, Kolkata on 13/04 at around 12 noon. I had to ask a simple thing but to my utter surprise there was nobody to ask me about my requirement, There was no reception counter. One boy was swapping card in front and after finding nobody I asked him that I have a small query. The boy did not even bother to look at me, simply direct me to collect coupon. Being shocked at his approach, I left the store. Today nobody has time to collect a coupon and stand in queue for a simple reply. This is quite unprofessional approach and highhandedness from your part. The employees of that store need proper training to be a part of your Happy to Help campaign.
