Vodafone India — Not happy with response | |||
I have been using [protected] for more than 4-5 years now and have been a good customer until recent times. I have generally renewed with yearly advance INR 998/- every year. I think the annual package must have expired in the month of September/October'2014 and no one informed me. Instead, Vodafone has forced a monthly rental INR 298/- by themselves without my consent. I had a word with one of your representative over phone the previous month and told that this is one time payment and confirmed that it will not be billed anymore; hence I paid that amount on my last month's bill. But I have received another bill for this month and INR 298/- is again applied on it. I spoke to another representative over phone and he told that it is my monthly advance rental plan..which I never ever opted. This is cheating..rather I shall call it theft. Vodafone is forcefully applying this monthly rental on me without informing me and without my consent. Request to clarify this at the earliest. If yearly annual package has expired or does not exist, let me know and I shall opt for another monthly rental package. You can reach me on another number [protected] only after 3PM on weekdays and please look to this concern as soon as possible. If you do not propose a feasible solution, then I shall like to cancel this [protected] and not pay any existing/new bill.
