Vodafone India — not happy with the internet service | |||
Dear vodafone, I have been using vodafone from past 4 years & i am pretty much happy with your service, but from past couple of months i have to say you this that i am quite disappointed with your service team. I had lodged a complaint on nov-18-2017 and i got a response from them on 20 nov 2017 ([protected]). They have asked to do some changes on the phone setting i have changed it. But things have moved from bad to worse. I cannot access internet 4g speed in local/ moving within city/roaming. This is truly ridiculous. I need solution asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
