Vodafone India — not letting me port out | |||
On 3rd april i made a payment of rs. 1481.72 towards my vodafone no. [protected]. On the same day, i had intimated the team through call and email that i would like to discontinue my services with vodafone as i have already collected a new sim card from jio. They did not respond to my issue and to top that they sent me a bill with added unnecessary charges. Upon arguements over the 2 days, the company agreed to waive of the charges but i donot see any changes on bill. I have been given false promises everytime. I have been told on 9th i ll get the updated bill. I donot understand why do i have to pay if i donot want to use the services. I have been mentally physically harrassed by the company and its employees. I need a resolution asap and i want to port out at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
