[Resolved]  Vodafone India — not responding

Hello sir/madam I am a custermer of vodafone.i was working in times now in mumbai, so I got a postpaid plan but its been six month I left that office so since last one month I am trying to change it from postpaid to prepaid for which I had gone to vodafone store near mira- bhayander road.its my 5 times visit to that store still they are pretending and not responding me.after so many times still they are giving a next date.as I am a working lady I cannot visit so many times leaving my duty.as always I am agree to pay my due amount and want to convert it prepaid.but now I am forced to stop it and willnot pay my rental from next month. Kindly solve my problem so that I shall remain ever grateful to you. Thanking you. My vodafone no -0 [protected]
