I am a prepaid customer of vodafone india telecom system,
i had recharged for internet facilities form vodafone i also had balance in my account.
when ever i was accessing internet there were a popup adds promoted by vodafone team, which were repeatedly poping up not letting me to access my requirement, & they were also a paid type of adds where if i touch any where on my screen even on the cancel button my balance amount was getting deducted without my confirmation.
this has happened several time i was trying to connect to customer care each time when this has happened, but to connect to customer care there were several re confirmations for me to connect to customer service care, i was suppose to call service care for no mistake of mine, but the service support team has blocked me from calling service support further i was not able to contact support team,
also i had raised a concern regarding the same all the time when i called regarding balance amount deduction, i had complained about the issue am facing & requested them to register a complaint on the issue but this has not taken up by support team.
i also requested to add an multiple confirmation options with me before deducting the balance.
all the above mentioned concerns are unresolved by vodafone customer care team.
