[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Not solved my complain from last 1 month ([protected])

Dear concern, kindly help as there is no revert from company on my complain please find below my conversation with company on mail, Email conversation between us, Dear Bindu, As in my bill you name is mention as nodal officer than please help me in my case as my bill this month has came 5 time than my regular usage and in this internet charges are more than 2500 which is wrong as my scheme was for 2 gb only and i called to customer care on 1st week of june 2014 that why my bill unusage amount is showing this much they told me that it is without discount and told your 2gb plan is activate and when bill came things were different. i have two more no of vodafone and it a request to you to help me in this case as i am using from lasst 11 years this no and my request to you that wave of my internet charge or else i will not able to pay this bill as i am salaried person and thsi much amount i cant afford to pay as i have other expense to bare. And yes here my corporate person is pradip who is not ready to help me i have confirm this internet charges with him in 1st week of june when i got sms from vodafone he told that your plan is 2gb now he is also not responding and not ready to help.
