Vodafone India — Number is activated but no tower | |||||
Hi. I have a vodafone number[protected] which belongs to Karnataka circle as I had not used it for some time the sim went grade 15 as stated by customer care people and they had told me torecharge it with Rs 30 which I did and after 1 hour I called them up and they stated that my sim is in active and within 2 hrs the signal will come but it is more than a week abd still there is no signal. Meanwhile I went on calling them repeatedly abd the answer was same. Neanwhile 3 days back they told me to get a replacement sim from Bangalore and its not possible as I have relocated to West Bengal when asked if I can get a replacement sim from West Bengal they said yes and I tried to get a replacement sim from various stores in Kolkata but they are saying as thete is no tower and also as an automated voice is saying that calls to Message[protected] has been diverted nothing can be done. But I need to retain this number as its linked with my bank accounts, office, adhar card etc. I don't want to port this number also. Kindly help me. If needed you can contact me on [protected].
