Vodafone India — Number ported to Idea and barred by Vodafone

Its been 2months I have ported-out my number from Vodafone to Idea. I have made all the payments for outstanding amounts to Vodafone. However, since morning my number isn't working and then I got to know that my number has been barred at IDEA as per request from Vodafone due to Non-Payment. This is ridiculous. I made the complete payment on 25th September at Vodafone store, Hadapsar, Pune I called Voda customer care and they transferred the call to 20 different departments, however no solution is provided. This is unacceptable. My number isn't working since morning even when I have made all the payments. And its affecting my work. Could someone please help with this?
