Today morning i show a offer by dialing *121# that 84 days validity with Rs.396 which is also confirm by customer care sent a sms (screen shot attached). When i want to rechg. Via voda app showing error(screen shot attached), then i call 3 times customer care, they are tell me that offer validity expired.
Is the offer change within a minute? If change, why not customer care exe. tell me that it may be change within few minutes insted of sent a offer confirmatin sms? Please look into the matter
