Vodafone India — opened ref: 3-[protected] incorrect information, no help provided, wrong bill, pathetic customer service ever | |||
I am very disappointed with the fact that vodafone is providing such a pathetic customer service. I had a word with one of the associate on 12th of March, where I have asked him to put my number [protected] with a basic 99rs plan, he promised me for the same and I checked my bill 2days back. I got to know still, my plan is for 399rs and he gave me a wrong information. Then I called on 9th april I spoke with Samrat and explained everything, but he was blank so asked him to transfer the call to the Manager, he transferred to a floor supervisor, who was unable to communicate with me properly, and was keep blaming me that the changes has happened from your side, he was not even able to answer my questions. I told him to listen the call for 12th march, he said fine will listen you stay on the line. I told that already I am in call with you guys from past 20mins nd now I can't wait this long, you give me a call back, he said he can't, as vodafone doesn't have any call back procedure. WTF is this, how you are running such big telecom, like seriously. I want to make a complaint with high level escalation. I have an ongoing complaint with my number as well.
