Vodafone India — outgoing barred for my (20 days old) new number | |||
I purchased a new number [protected] for rs.500 on nov 10th 2017.. And on 1st december 2017 they barred my outgoing for no specified reasons.. I called up customer care 10 times and they provid me some rahul verma number who don't seem to wiling to help... Then i also called nodal office [protected] and there i was provided a complaint number[protected] and i was told the issue will be resolved in 2 hours.. And my outgoing still barred... Is this how vodafone welcome their new customers...? Only info i have been provided by mr. Verma tbsh the previous owner of this number got some outstanding... So here am not liable to pay for previous owners... Already 4 days my number is barred and still not able to make calls.. Was this information helpful? | |||
