Vodafone India — outgoing calls are barred | |||
I am a prepaid customer of vodafone mumbai. I have a 1gb/day and unlimited calls plan on my number. But vodafone barred my outgoing calls for no reason. I have recharged my number for two months free plan but now whenever i make a call an ivr sounds like your out outgoing calls are barred because yiu have no service and the call gets disconnected. My vodaphone prepaid no. Is [protected].
I have balance for talk time and data both. Data works good. But i cannot receive or send call. I get recorded message you are barred from this service.
I am unable to use phone.
My alternate no. Is [protected].
