Vodafone India — outgoing message blocked

My vodafone number [protected] was blocked for outgoing sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. I have sent only personal message to my friends and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un-block?

Kindly please resolve it. I have been using this number since last 13 years
