Vodafone India — pathetic service and unnecessary charges | |||
Initially i got a mail from vodafone on 22nd november that my unbilled amount is rs. 11, 542 i mailed them and next day i get a call that my unbilled amount is only rs. 907. Then again on 26th november i get a mail stating that my unbilled amount is rs. 13, 168. Now somehow after lot of requesting and asking for clarification (Which i did not get) i ask them to release the services that are barred. Now today i. E. On 29th i again get a mail that my unbilled amount is rs. 12, 233 and all my services are barred again and despite of asking and requesting for clarification i am not getting any help from anyone and i am being told to pay the unbilled amount otherwise my services will be barred only. Now this kind of metal harassment is really not acceptable as i how much am i supposed to pay? And why should i pay any amount unless i dont get proper clarification of such hefty amount. I have been constantly writing mails and calling on customer care for justification but i am not getting any help and my number is barred from all services. Now after all this service that i am getting i want to port out of vodafone, but i am not able to do so as my services are also barred. Kindly take some strict action and resolve the issue.
