Vodafone India — payment deducted without service activation | |||||
This is to inform you regarding my recharge amount of rs 344 from vodafone no. [protected] to [protected] mobile no. Through patym app. [protected] has given new prepaid connection and first recharge was done at 1.43pm on 31.7.2017 from paytm app. As per vodafone customer care and local vodafone gallery in ponda goa, entry is not showing of recharge rs.344 But amount has been deducted from my patym account. As per them amount has been transferred to vodafone network. They have given me no. Onr[protected] which will be easy for you to understand as per them.
