Vodafone India — payment issue

Dear sir,
Subject: payment issue-my mobile no-[protected]

I am a retired general manager from ongc and is 67 years of age.
I am a corporate user of mobile phone since a very long time, may be from 1994.
My payment track record has always been on time.
I had activated my mobile phone on international roaming on 05.10.2017.
While in canada within 10 days the bill shot up to approximately
Rs.12000/-. It showed a data usage of which i was not aware.
I requested to stop data services to my phone.
There after incoming calls have been kept active.
When on return i went to thakur village office, on 5th dec roaming was
Discontinued.
Despite my bill is rising. Now rs.15281/-.
Your call center &thakur village office listened to my plea and agony.
They recommended waiver of rs.9706/- as i was not aware of the usage.
Still the issue is not resolved and i am not able to use the phone
Over one month.
Please resolve the issue by waiving off rs.9706/-
Rest i shall pay asap
I ssek your intervention and requst the waiver of rs.9706/- as a special case.
I am your genuine customer. Issue is pending for long.

Some numbers and messages are deleted and i want to get back
Hi, This is the second time m experiencing this issue vodafone has blocked my outgoing messaging services and each time i have to call CC to unblock the services. Kindly please look into the issue and unblock messaging services.

I lost my number [protected] and also a all my contacts so can u send me a call history details. the contacts are very important so please send a numbers then i not get this number back . now can i take back this number?
Why i am getting this message. What needs to be done to activate my number again
Worst & rude staff, pass on duty to anather staff, no solutions, waiting the people in que, crowd the people, no sense to talk to customer & no solutions regarding your services of vodafone store manisha bilzt Pune Solapur road near Shankar math. Pune 411028
Never activated any "life style" pack still money got deducted.
Unable to sent messages to 1900 for mobile number porting. When called up customer care advised me to update Message Center number. I did updated the number but still not able to send messages to 1900. Request you to do the needful
