[Resolved] Vodafone India — Plan 342 recharged but received only balance of 292 thru Vodafone App for [protected] | |||
Hi, I have activated plan 342 from Vodafone Application for phone number [protected] on May 3rd but had received balance of 292, hence had called customer care on May 4th 11 AM. I was assured by the executive that the same is escalated and I will receive the plan by next day. As the same was not activated, i had called customer care again on May 5th 8.20 PM by then about 100 rupees was deducted from the balance, the customer care executive confirmed that same will be activated by the next morning 11 AM. Since there was no change in the plan and the balance was further getting deducted, I had called the customer care again on May 6th 12.47 PM and the executive confirmed that I had to recharge again with 342 to avail the services. This is just insincerity issue of concern person. I have reminded him so many time but he is not still reacting.
