Dear Vodafone,
This is regarding the poor service and customer support providing false suggestion and explanation. On Monday 20th Feb 2017, was happened) evening activated free unlimited call and data both Local and STD [protected]with amount 295 only through online after viewing all plans. As such need to have free unlimited calling was not activated. Later on, I have contacted CCE on next day evening with an SR [protected] requested to me to have patience to two days for resolution. As day’s passes, I have received a call from the CCE regarding that pack was not available right happened like such converted to 295 rupees. Next day (24th Feb 2017), I have made a call to CCE (SR [protected]) but suggested me that need to have at least 50 paise in an account so that I can receive 300 minutes free for the days later on chargeable. Totally, frustrated I have decided to visit a Vodafone Store at Secunderabad with register complaint (SR [protected]).
I requested them to call concern team and get the issue resolved. But failed, the whole issue makes me frustrated and dishearted to change Vodafone to any another subscriber, which I have been using from Hutch to Vodafone my whole family uses Vodafone.
Hope, Vodafone listen through the consumer complaint. I want my unlimited call services activated right now.
