following details faced in the problem:
1. Duration of problem – almost all time login, tend to get the slow connectivity, never obtained the speed more than 500 – 600 kbs, whereas promised of 3.1 Mbbs
3. Type of handset: K4201I
4. Number of signals (0, 1, 2, 3, 4) : 0, 1
5. Voice quality (Good, Average, Poor): Poor
6. Area (Indoor, Outdoor): Indoor

Basis the feedback received from our network team, we regret that an immediate improvement in indoor coverage would not be possible, as currently the nearby site is far more than 2000M from your premises.
Our observation :
While taking connection, the service provider had validated the availability of 3G services in the existing address, but now they are asking us to work on road, saying connectivity may be less in indoor.
I want to know whether these service provider is only for people working in road and not for people working in office/ residence.
Service provider has to be ashamed to sending such irresponsible reply after 10 days and closing the call without checking up with the customer
