[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Poor Network and Internet connection

This is with utter disgrace that i have been forced to write this e-mail to you because of the level of service Vodafone has provided to me. Let me start ( Or shall i say from where do i start )The mobile network and the 3G services have been from satisfactory.I have been using Vodafone since 2008, and would like to say that the service was pretty good up till 2013. This when i decided to switch to Post and was the starting of my problems. 1.The call dropouts frequently while on call.It nothing to with a certain area, it happens everywhere, be it Borivali, Andheri, Powai. 2.The Mobile data is PATHETIC to say the least, i upgraded to 3G thinking it would be better but it even poor than 2G data. I have to wait literally 1 min or 2 to open a webpage, i mean seriously do think that is justified been on 3g network. Just a little insight of it's not only me, my family members and also office colleagues who also have Vodafone have trouble connecting to the internet. These are the people who took Vodafone connection on my request, and mark my words that i will not ask anybody to take up your service. 3.You charge me out the box thinkable charges which i must say i never have heard or used. I have tried to select the best possible way to reduce my bills but you guys have an amazing way of shooting it up. 4.Well here comes the best part customer care ( i must say i can hardly control my laughter) I spoke to Anubav, then he transferred me to guy who dis-connected the call say i was using abusing language, then i again i had to call up this time it was Rohit who transferred me to Shahrukh, while he as registering a complaint guess what happened THE CALL DROPPED. Then again i called up and spoke to Eric whom i asked to connect to his manager which he he will do, I kept waiting on hold for more than 15 min but there was no one else but the Vodafone music. SURELY THE MANAGER MUST HAVE BEEN REALLY BUSY THAT HE COULDN'T COME ON THE CALL . All i can say that it was APPALLING and DISGUSTING SUPPORT. At last, i doubt if i can get a satisfactory reply, i even doubt that.
