[Resolved] Vodafone India — poor service | |||
Since last one month on my vodafone number different different packs are getting acivated repeatedly...and every time i ask custmr services to deactivate it and refund the amount they say its our fault And are stopping the service and starting it again another day And deduct money from my balance. Today jst now i talked to Shiva one of the advisors and askd him to hand over the call to the supervisor or manager, he says it is not possible.I dont understand who has the solution to my problem. Can anybody provide proper service and stop doing all these stuffs or should I stop believing in vodafone services. Was this information helpful? | |||

Do not need any help from your side, have already switched to a different service provider and have also made my friends do it. The worst service provider in this country "VODAFONE". Good Bye.
