Vodafone India — Poor service standard | |||||
I hold a Vodafone connection with number in shimla and I have repeated issues with the billing on this number. Every few days your team activates some services on this number and even I call, they charge the same in next bill. Please understand it is not possible to call and get it corrected as the call waits are approximately 30-40 minutes (call charges are higher than your wrong billing amount), still I took trouble to get your company’s fault corrected and what prompted me to write you is, I was put on hold for more than 8 minutes on first time before the call was disconnected and for more than 18 minutes when the call was disconnected again. More importantly, your team does not listen and start talking a ready script which is also not acceptable. I would urge you to listen my at least 2-3 conversations before you take any call or revert on my email. Was this information helpful? | |||||
