[Resolved] Vodafone India — Poorest customer care service | |||
Dear Sir Any company which does not want its customer to connect with them freely, that company is deemed to be worst than the worst..And Vodafone tops it all. I[censored] want to speak to customer care, that option is not available for atleast first fifteen minutes, which indicate that VODAFONE doesn't value customer's time. It charges to speak to them Lastly when i dialled TOLL FREE NUMBER, It charged for the complete call. I want the vodafone to REFUND me completely all amount charged for dialling TOLL FREE NUMBERS. This is a cheat to customers. If there had been a warning or message prior to call getting connected, then also it would have been appreciable, but vodafone didn't do that as well POOR SHOW FROM A SO CALLED GREAT COMPANY VIJAY [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
