Vodafone India — postpaid bill generated | |||
I have been wrongly charged by vodafone for international data usage. I was informed that my credit limit is 3500/- and a bill of 24677.57/- has been generated for the month of september. I had activated my international roaming pack while my visit to singapore and malaysia from 6th sep 2017 to 14th sept 2017. This pack included unlimited calling and data during my stay in singapore and malaysia. While i was cruising from singapore to malaysia i had activated my cruise wifi to avoid any unwanted charges, but inspite of it i have been charged by vodafone for data usage and the unbilled amount was rs 16000/- initially. I was informed that my credit limit was 3500/- but later vodafone disclosed that the credit limit is dynamic for international roaming and this was only informed after a bill of 24677.57/- was generated. Now i am being forced by vodafone to pay the total amount that i have not even used. Could you please help me with the same as i have all the messages sent by vodafone for my international roaming and its credit limit also. I had registered to vodafone.
