Vodafone India — postpaid billing | |
I have been charged for vas which i have not used in case of last two months bills. Billing justification is unsolicited. Moreover, even after requesting to the vodafone store to rectify my bill no action has been taken so far. There was no call from vodafone regarding settling this matter as promised by vodafone store personnel. I expect action from vodafone as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
