Vodafone India — Postpaid connection | |||||
For my three nos. [protected], [protected] and [protected], I changed the company name by raising service requests to avail corporate benefits of the plan. After successful completion of service requests company name was changed on all three numbers and I received a confirmation message. On bill cycle my plan was also changed to new corporate plan. I confirmed the plan details with Vodafone corporate care THREE times on interaction IDs[protected],[protected] and[protected] and I have complete benefits of the plan on three emails. When my bill was generated I did not get the benefits that are part of plan and I was charged for these benefits on ALL THREE NUMBERS. When I contacted customer care first they said your company name is not updated so you will not get the benefits. When I showed them my bill on which my company name is updated then THEY ASKED ME TO TREAT THIS IS AN EXCEPTION and INTERNALLY without any message or alert changed my company name. But now they are saying your company name is updated but you will not get the benefits of the plan. I confirmed the plan details THREE times not one and still they are denying the benefits. Despite numerous emails to the Vodafone appellate authority nobody is taking any corrective action. Even they are not listening to what I am saying. Every time I am getting same reply that you will not get the benefits. Even I tried to copy Vodafone Customer Care Delhi Head Manish Jain in my emails, he also has turned deaf ears to my complaints.
