Vodafone India — Postpaid mobile deactivation | |||
Hi I am Vinod Kumar. A, past 4 years i am using Vodafone post paid mobile connection. Recently i have given request on 21/02/2015 to deactivate my post paid mobile connection and activate to prepaid connection, it has been completed almost 15 days still it is not deactivated. When i was given request in Bellandur branch Bangalore my request acknowledgement ID number is PKAU096463. Request had taken by Bellandur vodafone store representative his name HEMANTH. If we go any time to that Bellandur branch his (HEMANTH) behavior is not good with customer. I am wondering why vodafone is keeping like this persons in their vodafone stores. Secondly it is not first time for me, last year also i had given same request in Bellandur Branch, but it was not happened regularly I have paid my monthly bill payment. Same situation has been repeated now also. After that I have called many times to Vodafone customer care people, representatives are not responding well. If I go next year also they will do it same thing like above I do not know where should I get justice for my problem. Kindly help me on this Regards Vinod Kumar.
