Vodafone India — Postpaid to prepaid conversion | |||||
I have requested to change from Post Paid to Pre paid on Feb'16 itself. Till now, almost more than 3 months no action is taken on this request. The request is submitted at Tuticorin Vodafone Store. Now it is closed, when contacted the Mini Store "New Pearl Comm" no proper answer is given. Will the request be processed or not? Customer service is poor at Vodafone.
