I went to store to migrate my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid... This person sandeep given me a new sim and told that within 2 days new sim will activated and taken balance bill amount. But, sim not activated here... These persons rejected my request by not mentioning any reason. Today (23.11.2017) i went to bangalore rt nagar store also called to customer care number 198. Customer care people told to raise a complaint here. Sir, i want to give a complaint on a. Sandeepa for giving such a # and inconvience to me. So, plz take action as soon as possible...
