Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid migration | |||
Hi, I want to migrate from Vodafone postpaid service to prepaid. Visited Store 3 times which is 17 km far from my home. First time store guys said i should drop a message and then come second time they had server busy Third time they collected money and said migration will be done I had to pay 494 rupees. My actual bill was 413. Extra amount was collected and store guys had no justification for that. They said if you dont pay number won migrate and extra amount will be credited to prepaid balance even after this i received a text message that migration is rejected due to uncleared balance Upon calling customer care they said its rejected due to documents Store guys didnt ask for any document Was this information helpful? | |||
